Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m.

Cancellation 

Free cancellation is only possible before your booking is confirmed and binding. Thank you for your understanding.

Children

Children up to 2 years of age stay for free.

We offer a 50% reduction for children from 3 to 5 years.

Cots are available for hire at €10 per night.

Electric car charging station 

A charging station for two electric cars is available in our car park. Price: €0.50/kW

Parking

Covered parking is available on Villa Tell grounds for €10 per day.

Payment methods

We accept payment in cash (within the limits provided for by applicable laws) or by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

Pets

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at Villa Tell. Thank you for your understanding.

Room cleaning 

Guestrooms are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Additional change is on request, and charged at check-out.

Smoking 

Villa Tell is a no-smoking establishment. There are designated smoking areas complete with ashtrays outside the building.

Tourist tax 

Rates do not include the tourist tax levied by the Province of Bozen, applicable per person per night, to be paid on site. Children under 14 years are exempted.
